I was a private landlord with a tenant in rental arrears and I had already submitted a breach notice. I did not have the time or the capacity to deal with this issue and went looking for someone to take in on. Doreen agreed to take on the property and find new tenants, however when the tenants didn’t move out, things because very difficult and Doreen was integral in sorting out the problems. She conducted drive-bys to ascertain they were still living there, she agreed to attend court on my behalf, and attended court several times, and achieved full rental and damage costs awarded to me.
Once the tenants were evicted, she had the sombre job of cleaning the place up, and she co-ordinated all the tradespeople and let them all in at odd hours of the day and night in order to get the property turned around promptly in order to reduce the period of vacancy.

Doreen conducted herself in a very professional manner at all times, and went beyond the call of duty to assist me during this very stressful time. The service she provided was exemplary.

My name is Rachel Hartshorn and I was the owner of 8 Mckanna Gardens Parmelia.
Early last year we attempted to sell our property 8 Mckanna Gardens. We used an agent from L.J
Hooker with no success.

After the Christmas period we decided to try once more to sell our property. Whilst looking for a
rental property to move into your lovely receptionist Sam recommended Glen Leithhead.
After one home open we had an offer! Unfortunately the buyers finance fell through, this however
was of no consequence as when Glen brought a second lot of buyers through we received another

wishes with the up most respect and got the price we were seeking, first time without annoying
negotiations.

I cannot speak highly enough of Glen and have recommended him not only on facebook but at work
and to anyone who will listen! He is an agent that I would gladly use again!
I have asked him to keep his eye out for me for another property as I would like to buy again in the
next year.

Glen also went out of his way to ensure myself and my two small children were looked after, he
recommended I speak with Doreen Parks to see what rentals she may have available.
This brings me to Doreen, what an amazingly wonderful woman!
When I first contacted Doreen I was looking at a different rental, when I explained my situation to
her, Doreen explained she had a better suited rental for me. This was not yet on the market.
Doreen went out of her way and allowed me to view the property in her time outside of business
hours. I know this is probably not protocol but I am a single full time working mum with very little
flexibility in my job. I am so grateful to Doreen the house I am currently renting is perfect and I feel
safe and secure with my children.

Sam is friendly, helpful and polite. Out of all the real estates I have dealt with Sam was the only
assistant who frequently emailed me with rental property information, she wasn’t obligated to do
this but she did and I believe that is fantastic customer service more real estates should have staff
like her. In fact if it hadn’t had been for Sam’s commitment to customer service, I may never have
met Glen or Doreen.
